Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, except where consumer law requires otherwise. 04 west does not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or discretionary refunds.

Customers in the European Union and European Economic Area may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable exceptions.

Eligible statutory returns

Do not send an item back before contacting us. To exercise an applicable legal withdrawal right, email 04west@gmail.com with your order number, name and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will provide return instructions.

Where permitted by applicable law, products sealed for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned after the hygiene seal has been opened. Returned items must otherwise include all original accessories and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect. Any refund required by law is processed after we receive the item or proof that it has been sent back.
