Shipping is free to every destination made available in secure checkout. The product price shown is the amount charged before any taxes that may be required by your destination.

04 west ships only to destinations made available in secure checkout. Please make sure that your delivery details are complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Dispatch, tracking & packaging

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Where tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout once the order has been dispatched.

Your earphones are sent in their original product packaging. Delivery estimates may vary because of the delivery location, carrier operations or events outside our reasonable control.
